Michael Billing is the founder of Piedmont Advisory Group and a strategy, finance, and business transformation executive with more than 30 years of experience advising global organizations. Prior to founding Piedmont Advisory Group, he spent 27 years with JLL, where he led a global consulting practice serving Fortune 500 clients. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.

An avid endurance cyclist, Michael is a two-time finisher of Paris-Brest-Paris and completed a solo coast-to-coast ride across America in 2025, raising more than $50,000 for Project Hero. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, he brings to EF ONTO financial expertise, governance experience, and a passion for helping young athletes develop both on and off the bike.

A lifelong competitive and adventure cyclist, Hank is passionate about giving back to the sport by helping develop the next generation of riders through EF-ONTO. He brings extensive leadership experience from both the corporate and non-profit sectors, including more than 31 years with Piedmont Natural Gas, a subsidiary of Duke Energy, where he serves as Senior Manager of Community and Government Relations. A longtime resident of Greenville, Hank combines his professional expertise with a deep commitment to cycling and the community he has called home for more than 40 years.
